Welcome to Empower by Coach Em. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Emma Gets Fit Inc. (dba Empower by Coach Em). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

Empower by Coach Em provides one-on-one weight-loss coaching, training and nutrition programs, educational content, and related digital products. The specific features and deliverables of each program will be described at the point of purchase or enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any portion of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payments, billing, and refunds

By purchasing a program or subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refund policy

Coaching fees are generally non-refundable once a program has begun, as Coach Em commits her time and tailors a program for you at the start of each engagement. In the event that we discontinue or are unable to deliver coaching for any reason on our side, you will receive a pro-rated credit or refund for any unused portion of your engagement. For questions about refunds for your specific program, contact us using the information in Section 13.

5. SMS / Text messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Emma Gets Fit Inc. (Empower by Coach Em), you agree to receive SMS messages, which may include account notifications, program updates, appointment reminders, customer support communications, and promotional content.

Opt-Out
