Who we are

Empower by Coach Em is a personalized 1:1 coaching service for women, led by Emma Musselwhite (Coach Em). The service is provided by Emma Gets Fit Inc., doing business as Empower by Coach Em.

Our coaching is built around the Small Steps Method, a 6-chapter framework focused on sustainable change, not quick fixes or restrictive diets.

1. How to contact us

We are here to help. Once you are inside the program, the easiest way to reach Coach Em is through the chat function in the emPOWER by Coach Em app.

For anything else, you can reach us at coachem@empowerbycoachem.com.

From time to time, we may contact you about your coaching, your check-ins, or important program updates through our team or trusted partners.

2. What coaching includes

Your Empower coaching membership includes:

• Weekly check-ins with personal feedback from Coach Em
• A custom training plan, reviewed and updated as you progress through your phases
• A personalized nutrition plan built around your real life, with flexible recipe options
• 1:1 messaging with Coach Em inside the app
• In-app food, training, and progress tracking
• Access to the full Small Steps Method 6-chapter framework

3. Ordering coaching services

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The terms of your coaching, including the length of your commitment and your billing schedule, depend on the specific package you purchased and will be detailed in your order confirmation.

All sales are between you and Emma Gets Fit Inc. Coaching services are non-transferable.

4. Cancellation and commitment

Minimum commitment

Empower coaching is a contracted commitment from the date of signup, for the length specified in your selected package. This is intentional. The Small Steps Method is built on consistency over time, not quick fixes.

How to cancel

To cancel after your commitment period, please provide 30 days written notice through the app messenger or by email to coachem@empowerbycoachem.com.

Early termination

If you choose to end your coaching before your commitment period is complete, 50% of the remaining balance is due upon termination.

Medical exceptions

Life happens. Medical exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation. Please reach out to Coach Em directly if your circumstances change.

After your commitment period

Once your initial commitment period is complete, your coaching continues on a month-to-month basis. You can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.

5. Setup fees

A non-refundable setup fee may apply at the start of your coaching. This covers the time spent building your personalized plan, reviewing your intake, and setting up your account inside the app.

6. Refunds

Because Empower coaching is delivered as a personalized service, payments are non-refundable once your coaching has started. If you have a concern about your experience, please contact Coach Em directly so we can make it right.

7. Use of the app

Empower coaching is delivered through the emPOWER by Coach Em app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. App-specific terms and conditions are contained within the application.

8. Health disclaimer

Coach Em is a coach, not a medical professional. The information, plans, and guidance provided through Empower are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new training or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.

Individual results vary. Your results will depend on your effort, consistency, history, genetics, and personal circumstances. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

9. Confidentiality

Everything you share with Coach Em inside the program is treated with care and respect. Your check-ins, photos, and personal information are stored securely and used only to deliver your coaching. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

10. Modifications to these terms

Emma Gets Fit Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Coaching Information from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. We will notify clients of significant changes through the app or by email.
